As an appellation, Volnay is known for its elegance: silky tannins and a delicate, perfumed flavour profile with true finesse. Jean‑Yves and Laurence have produced a wine that stays true to the reputation. From a tiny plot (less than one hectare), the vines produce very small, compact Pinot Noir berries, delivering wonderful concentration of flavour.
