Savagnin „Pure” | Seckinger

Savagnin is a grape rarely found in Germany, so when the Seckinger brothers brought some for us to try at the winery, our interest was immediately piqued. A truly interesting wine, handled oxidatively like its Jura counterparts, showing notes of fresh grated ginger, bruised apple and walnut. Tangy and textural, this is a serious gastronomic wine.
