William Downie makes two single vineyard Pinots. Bull Swamp comes from a warmer, lower elevation site than the Camp Hill site producing berries with more aromas and flavours across the black fruit spectrum, as well as an earthiness and savoury spice. The tannin structure reflects the richer soil with less sunlight exposure.
