This village-level wine is crafted from 40-year-old dry farmed Garnacha vines grown in granitic, silty-textured soils. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts, using a high proportion of whole clusters. The result is a transparent cherry-red wine with delicate aromas of strawberries, raspberries, red cherries and rose petal.
