Their ‘bambino’ wine – La Misse means the ‘little miss’ in the local dialect. It comes from younger vines and they co-ferment a little Caniolo and Malvasia Nera. It’s fermented and aged in concrete tanks giving a pure, energetic expression of Sangiovese with vivid black cherry and blackberry fruit.
