La Source Chardonnay | Evening Land

La Source grapes come from the lower half of the Seven Springs vineyard, where the vines are longer established. Fruit is whole-bunch pressed, then fermented and aged in 75% new French oak – this lively, mineral-driven Chardonnay is already delicious but has the structure to age gracefully.
