A light, bright and crunchy wine made from three varietals that are perfectly suited to growing in the hot, dry Riverland vineyards: Negroamaro, Nero d’Avola and Aglianico. The grapes are picked early to change the fruit profile, giving flavours of raspberry, sour cherry and strawberry and some fuzzy, food-friendly tannins.
