This is Amilios’ single-vineyard Kotsifali, grown on ungrafted vines. It comes from a single plot that stands out to him every year. The vineyard unfolds across two distinct slopes: one facing northwest, the other south, creating a natural balance of freshness versus ripeness. Kotsifali is a serious yet - for reasons still a mystery - often overlooked native grape, delivering bright red, sour-cherry fruit, chalky tannins, and vibrant acidity in spades.
