Made primarily from declassified Régnié fruit, this Beaujolais-Villages is a straightforward expression of Gamay, showing vibrant red berry fruit, lifted aromatics and gorgeous freshness. Fine, ripe tannins and a light-bodied palate make it versatile with or without food, particularly alongside charcuterie and soft cheeses. Julien named the wine Wild Soul to reflect a low-intervention approach, aiming to preserve the fruit’s natural character and sense of place throughout vinification.
