As the name suggests, this is Huré Frères’ introductory Champagne— an invitation to discover their style and range. This Brut spends 30 to 36 months in contact with the lees and is bottled with around 8g/L of residual sugar. A lovely aperitif style of Champagne with clean fruits and plenty of bite.
