Eixe | Peixes

Inspired by the traditional wines that were made in Valdeorras pre-phylloxera, this is a new wine made from Merenzao (Trousseau),  Albarello (Brancellao) and Negreda (Mouratón). It’s their most etherreal, lifted red, the Peixes equivalent of Fedellos’ Bastarda- pale, juicy and driven with cranberry, raspberry and a salty, mineral touch.
