Timo sources the grapes for this wine from the old Roundstone vineyard, using fruit from the plantings of Gamay in the Yarra Valley. The wine making is simple, using carbonic maceration and extended skin contact to highlight red berry fruit with savoury overtones and a long, ripe finish.
