Bloody Hill Pinot Noir | Timo Mayer

Timo sources his grapes for this wine from a less densely planted part of his Bloody Hill vineyard, which has slightly higher yields. It’s one of the few wines where he doesn’t use whole bunch fermentation. The result is a fresh fruit driven Pinot, balanced by fresh acidity, whose sheer drinkability belies its quality and age worthiness.
