Grapes for Inseparable come from the lower part of PerSe’s incredible El Monasterio vineyard in Gualtallary. The soils here have less limestone and the wines are fermented and aged in special concrete tanks David has designed. It’s bright, pure and supple with fresh fruit with a bit of crunch on the finish.
