A Brisat‑style wine (the designated term for skin‑contact winemaking in Penedès), made from grapes selected from two neighbouring vineyards. The grapes are foot‑trodden and spend 20 days on their skins, resulting in an expressive wine with a juicy core of freshly cut orange and a subtle spicy thread of clove and thyme.
