Rosso del Platani | Giuseppe Cipolla

An elevated take on a rustic, classic Sicilian red. The varietal selection is thoughtful, with Nero d'Avola bringing acidity, Inzolia bringing tannin, and Syrah adding peppery notes. The fruit is deep and plush and the tannins are grippy but the wine retains lifted, bright aromatics to keep the balance, all rounded out with a long, savoury finish.
