A complex, nutty white made in an oxidative style after extensive ageing in barrel and perpetual ageing with vintages dating back to 2009. Finally, they finish the process with a year in glass demijohns, drenched by the Sicilian sun. Seriously interesting, seriously delicious and well worth trying.
