Terre Calcaree | Marabino

This is Nero d'Avola, but not as you typically know it. There is great freshness and and delicate fruit character, as opposed to a heavily extracted, high alcohol style. A spicy red that's very Mediterranean in style, with a lovely chalky character owed to the limestone soils.
