The plots, are located within Val do Avia and cover an area of 0.5 hectares with Mediterranean climate but also some influence from the Atlantic. With granite soils, and altitudes ranging from 170 to 230 meters, the 30 to 50 year old vineyards have varying orientations depending on the plot.

Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. The grapes are hand selected and 100% whole clusters are used with indigenous yeasts, with no use of pump overs or aggressive extraction
