Baboza | Adega Damm

The fluid, juicy side of Mencía, Baboza is made from grapes from six parcels of 40-year-old vines in Pombeiras, in the Doade parish just below the Seone vineyard. It’s bright with cherry and cherry stone flavours, black tea and a leafy finish, all kept in check by lovely sandy tannins.
