Earthy, structured and spicy, this blend of Galician varietals has bags of complexity. From a small, single vineyard of co-planted Brancellao, Caiño and Mencía, there are flavours of fresh black pepper, dried herbs and crunchy sour cherries with a distinct graphite minerality.
