A small-batch, single-vineyard Chenin Blanc from the Paardeberg Mountain to the south of Malmesbury. 10-14 days cold soaking on the skins provides a gentle orange hue that translates on the palate to a juicy Seville orange character, with tropical kumquat and a chalky mouthfeel.
