A wonderfully textural example of this grape at a price point that gives amazing value. From 20 year old dry farmed bush vines, it’s fresh and saline and full of verve. Lemon sherbet and explosive acid-line, this is dangerously drinkable.

Oxidation allowed before ferment. 90% in stainless steel, 10% in older 300L barrels. 20% of grapes whole bunch fermented on skins for 2 weeks.
