This could be considered as the most orthodox of Colet’ sparkling wines. While the style has been produced in Penedès for ages, Sergi Colet adds his personal touch by prioritizing the fruit and the natural acidity. There’s finesse and complexity that comes from the great vineyards, older vines, and very skilled farming and winemaking.
