Ikewen | Bien de Altura

Ikewen comes from various vineyards surrounding the town of San Mateo. The vines are up to 90 years old and lay on volcanic soils that are sandy with a proportion of clay. They sites are north-east facing and have an altitude of 1300 meters. The soils provide a very mineral profile, a characteristic of Gran Canarian wine.
