The meaning of Sansofi is “welcome”. This was the first vineyard that Carmelo worked on after a long search for the perfect site. Sansofi is a single vineyard wine from a 90 year old vines, which are planted on volcanic soils with high concentration of ‘picón’. This is a fascinating wine, with high acidity and a mineral core, which truly reflects where its grown.
