Les Tosses | Terroir al Limít

Inspired by the Burgundian concept of terroir, Les Tosses is equivalent to a grand cru, or Vi de la Finca in Catalan. A pure, fresh and expressive old-vine Caringnan, with a silky texture and ripe red cherry and plum fruits, picked at minuscule yields - Dominik describes it as liquid graphite. A tense, mineral-lead version of Priorat that will age for years.
