San Vicente de la Sonsierra, along with Labastida, are the two most important grape-producing villages in the Sonsierra. Grapes come from several sites within the area, meaning there are a variety of different levels of altitude and soil type. The result is a lovely sense of balance in the wine, crunchy damson and red plum framed by silky, polished tannins and a touch of Christmas spice.
