A darker, gastronomic style of sparkling rosé with texture, and a fine-boned acid line. Lifted orange peel, rose petal and strawberry, combine with flavours of ripe peach, creamy red fruits and a slight herbaceous note, creating an intense, food-friendly wine. An incredible, vinous interpretation of the pristine fruit from Coldharbour vineyard.
