An electric wine that crackles with nervous, citrus-infused energy and bursts out of the glass. A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, from two sites: 85% from Mount Harry vineyard and 15% from Storrington Priory Vineyard. “Storrington has more roundness, structure, and weight, while Mount Harry is steely, linear, and pure,” Dermot says. It has intense flavours of lemon meringue pie, salted butter and brioche and some stony mineral notes on the finish.
