Sensal is Javier’s vino de pueblo or village wine, made as a snapshot of his own vineyards. It’s a Mediterranean blend of Monastrell, Bonicaire and Garnacha from 5 high-altitude sites and combines bright, crunch cherry and red plum fruit with a savoury herbal twist.
