Tintilla Carrascal | Luis Pérez
Tintilla de Rota is genetically identical to Graciano. In Jerez it was originally grown on the sandy soils around the coastal town of Rota. Luis Perez started to replant Tintilla in 2011 selecting their own clones. They now make three single parcel wines. Carrascal is dark and earthy with good structure.
