Often compared to Cabernet Franc, Pep revived Esperó de Gall, a very scarcely seen Mallorcan variety, back in 2021. He is very happy with his actions! He has produced the perfect easy-going Mediterranean red — there is a herbaceous, peppery quality here, balanced with juicy red fruit, silky mouthfeel and a light body. Food-friendly and thirst-quenching.
