Tenesar | Jable de Tao

Tenesar is sourced from vineyards located less than 2 km from the sea on the west coast, in the area that shares its name. The proximity to the ocean gives the wine a distinct saline character. This vineyard is situated on a sedimentary base with approximately 20% jable (sand), while the rest consists of decomposed volcanic material with particles of varying sizes, ranging from millimeters to several centimeters. This imparts an elegant, mineral quality to the Malvasia grapes.
