Valtuille Vino de Villa | Castro Ventosa

Castro Ventosa is adapting to the new categories from the Bierzo appellation. This new village wine is a blend of different plots of old vines with a Mencía-based field blend that also includes some Alicante Bouschet, Garnacha Tintorera, Bastardo and white varieties. The wine has terrific balance and great freshness, purity and finesse. It feels like the blend of different places has given it an extra dimension.
