Soverribas | Alberto Nanclares

From a single, southwest facing parcel of Albariño, the 35 year old vines are trained in the traditional pergola style. Fermented in large old oak with some battonage. This is a distinctive, concentrated wine with mineral notes, which will match well with fish and white meats.
