Táganan Parcela Margalagua | Envínate

Margalagua is the name of a small and extremely steep parcel just above the Atlantic Ocean. Typical of very old vineyards on Tenerife, the vineyard is coplanted with many different indigenous grape varieties, and vines are ungrafted. Fermented with 100% whole bunches and aged in neutral 500 litre French oak barrels for 11 months, Parcela Margaelagua is the ultimate expression of Tenerife-  pure, deeply aromatic and focused, with a peppery and lifted nose and a mineral, salty palate. Only tiny quantities are made.
