In German Freyheit (or Freiheit) means Freedom. In this case, it identifies as freedom from additives and the carefully considered low/no intervention approach at the core of Heinrich’s winegrowing. The result is a vibrant wine with bright floral, earth and spice aromas, and a fresh texture and minerality on the palate.
