We have worked with Domaine des Lauriers importing their Picpoul since 2003, always admiring their sustainable approach. Their vineyards are close to the Mediterranean coast, and the wines have good freshness and balance. Recently we have worked with owner Marc Cabrol to make a red and a white called the Le Bon Côté (The Bright Side). The white is a blend of Vermentino, local grape Terret and a dash of Viognier for texture, gently pressed and cool fermented to give a crisp fruity wine.
