Antiphon | Indigo Selection

When Ben visited the northern Peloponnese on holiday he was immediately taken by the wild mountain vineyards and the bright mineral wines. He asked Panagiotis Papagiannopoulos to make two own label wines for the Indigo Selection. Panagiotis works with native varietals, from high altitude sites cooled by the sea breezes from the Gulf of Corinth.  Antiphon is made from Mavrodaphne, Agiorgitiko, Mavro Kalavrytino in a low-intervention style which allows the pure, juicy red fruit to shine through.
