We have worked with Domaine des Lauriers importing their Picpoul since 2003, always admiring their sustainable approach, they’re Terra Vitis certified. Their vineyards are close to the Mediterranean coast, and the wines here always have good freshness and balance. Recently we have worked with owner Marc Cabrol to make a red and a white called the Le Bon Côté (The Bright Side). The red is Syrah and Petit Verdot, gently fermented to make a supple wine with a touch of liquorice.
